There are some staff who believe in the work of healthcare for the future, for the rights of all to be treated equally and fairly, they are every day heroes.

Mr Joseph Deasy's colorectal team, the entire staff on Phoenix Ward, who altogether make this ward work, from nursing, HCA's, catering and cleaning. I would like to express that I also experienced a much better, higher working morale with the staff with both sisters being involved in all aspects of the job, there was a very pleasant working environment and atmosphere.

Norman in Richmond's ward. Even when I wasn't initially interested in eating, he always took the time to encourage me to do so and was so friendly, as all the staff were. A very important link in the chain.

Mr Javadpour and Dr Michael and the team, so professional. Also Sean A staff nurse on the Richmond Ward and healthcare assistants, catering, cleaning staff, ward secretary and not to forget porters or orderlies, excellent hospital. I would also like to commend Deirdre Coffey Neurovascular Nurse Specialist who works in her clinic in the outpatient department. She is so professional and caring, a lovely personality, great advice and a pleasure to meet, lovely to meet such a wonderful professional person. I had a very positive experience in Beaumont at such a difficult time.

I am writing this on behalf of my recently deceased sister. I cannot thank the staff at all levels enough for the care and comfort afforded to my deaf sister, despite the deplorable conditions of overcrowding, excessive working hours, which is detrimental to the staff and patients. This is to all staff in St Teresa's and St Claire's ward.

My son stayed on Phoenix Ward for 10 days and the nurses were wonderful. Always on hand to give advice or make him feel at ease, even the nice man that brought around the meals was always pleasant and friendly. Lovely ward altogether.

The breast clinic, Prof ADK Hill and his team, the mammogram and ultrasound team - the service they provide is second to none. I was so nervous about my appointment, however I was made to feel very comfortable and at ease throughout. I can not thank them enough.

Dr. Deasy was the doctor who looked after me on the date of my visit. He was extremely patient and gentle and very conscious of not causing too much inconvenience or discomfort. All the staff I met on that date were wonderful.

My wife and I are eternally grateful for the care and compassion shown by Mr Sattar, his team and the unrelenting dedication shown by the many nurses, dedicated support specialities in the ICU ward in the treatment of our daughter, Tara. The passion these lovely people have is clearly a sign of divine influence, there is no other way to explain the feeling.

The anaesthesist who took care of me was fantastic and made me feel safe. She took the time to establish rapport with me pre-op and it really mattered to me. I can't remember her name but she had a South African accent. The neuro radiologist who consented me for the operation was a very good communicator and spent the extra few minutes with me to reassure me and answer all my questions. Dylan, 4th year nurse is a lovely decent trustworthy man. Nurses on St Brigid's ward especially Elaine & Olivia were very kind. Dr Suhali was also very very caring.

The staff at CT scan dept were all lovely and friendly. They all attempted my name (it's not spelt as it's said) and established eye contact. A smile really helps when you're nervous.
