All the nurses, health care workers, doctors and catering staff in Elm ward. They were all caring and looking after me with respect and dignity. They kept me informed of what was happening and made sure I knew what was going on. I would recommend Connolly Hospital to anyone. They also kept my family informed what was going on.

I wish to recognise Dr Ara Francis, SpR Trauma & Orthopaedics for his outstanding care and attention. He always goes that extra mile to help and he is a true gentleman, efficient and approachable and his reassuring manner is second to none. There are not enough words to describe this man except a real professional who will go a long way in the future.

If I could offer an award it would go to Paul Breen Physiotherapy Dept., Outpatients Connolly Hospital for the outstanding manner in which he performed his duty. He showed great motivation and his sheer encouragement proves him worthy of a great Physiotherapist and a great asset to this department, not to mention a gentleman who will go a long way in the future.

Staff on the surgical day ward and Dr Kneafsey in the dressing clinic, also Nurse Jessie. My mam is 90 and gets a bit anxious. every member of staff from the staff at reception, the lovely gentleman who checks us in, the nurses and doctors were so kind and treated her like royalty. At first we thought we were just having a good day but each time we go there her treatment is excellent. Heartfelt thank to you all.

A&E Department. I arrived in by ambulance with a fractured shoulder. I was treated promptly and well taken care of despite the department being clearly understaffed. The staff were excellent and provide the best care while being under immense pressure. Unfortunately I did't think to take a note of any of their names.
